Gunther (c) vs. Goldberg – World Heavyweight Championship Match
This main event is months in the making and will serve as the final match in the legendary career of Goldberg. The seeds were planted eight months ago at the Bad Blood PLE when Gunther, then without a title, confronted Goldberg, who was seated ringside. Now, after regaining the World Heavyweight Championship from Jey Uso, Gunther looks to cement his legacy by retiring the Hall of Famer in his hometown of Atlanta. For Goldberg, it represents one final chance at glory.
Seth Rollins vs. LA Knight
The rivalry between Seth Rollins and LA Knight has reached its boiling point. Knight has been on a quest to win the Money in the Bank briefcase, but has been thwarted by Rollins’ associates, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. After their interference cost Knight his most recent opportunity, a furious LA Knight is now seeking direct revenge against the man he holds responsible, Seth Rollins, in a bitter grudge match.
Randy Orton vs. Drew McIntyre
Two of WWE’s most accomplished veterans are set to collide in a match that was made official on the most recent episode of SmackDown. With both Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre looking to climb back into the world title picture, this first-time-ever singles match carries major implications for the main event scene on the blue brand.
