DENVER (KDVR) — Multiple cars were involved in a crash on E-470 on Monday afternoon near 120th Avenue.
SkyFOX flew over the scene at about 5:45 p.m. and saw that there was at least one car off the side of the roadway on its roof. Another truck appeared to have gone off the road and was resting in the grass.
Another vehicle with damage could be seen facing the opposite direction of traffic while stopped on the shoulder, where first responders were working.
The crash was reported near 120th Avenue on the toll road headed north.
The Colorado Department of Transportation’s COtrip website showed a lengthy backup from the crash, stretching from milepost 34.5 to nearly milepost 31, which would be a few miles of roadway.
