Bey is back in a big way.
After a pair of huge homecoming concerts at Houston’s NRG Stadium, the second North American leg of Beyoncé‘s ongoing ‘Cowboy Carter Tour’ is officially underway.
Next up, the Queen trots into Landover, MD’s Northwest Stadium on Friday, July 4 and Monday, July 7.
These two shows will be her first in Maryland since August 2023 when she played two concerts at the Commanders’ home field as part of her ‘Renaissance World Tour.’
On that dance-heavy run, she played 34 songs at her live shows, according to Set List FM. This time around, the night will have a more rhinestone country aesthetic inspired by her Grammy-winning album “Cowboy Carter.”
At past shows, she’s performed 38 tracks — and brought Jay-Z and Miley Cyrus (!) onstage while performing overseas in Paris — including the hits as well as cuts from “Cowboy Carter.”
That’s not to mention all the exciting visual elements she infuses into each concert including a mechanical bull, giant horseshoe she rides, exquisite choreography and, of course, the infamous fluing car (which malfunctioned and flipped over at one of her Houston shows and caused her to stop “16 Carriages” mid-song before resuming the set).
Want to see this unique spectacle of a show live?
If so, last-minute tickets are still available for both Beyoncé Maryland concerts.
At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on tickets for the two shows was $140 including fees on Vivid Seats.
While that may sound expensive, prices are significantly cheaper than we last reported on them in April. Back then, they started at $198 including fees.
For those without a calculator on hand, that’s $58 in savings or enough to purchase a sweet ‘Cowboy Carter’ shirt or two at the merch table.

“Cowboy Carter”
On March 29, 2024, Beyoncé dropped her eighth solo studio album “Cowboy Carter.”
The expansive 27-track country/R&B/pop/rock/soul/Hip-Hop/everything in between record features guest spots from Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, Shaboozey and more. In addition to charting at No. 1 in 24 countries, the album was met with universal acclaim. As a cherry on top, “Cowboy Carter” won Album of the Year, Best Country Album and Best Country Duo/Group Performance for her “II Most Wanted” with Miley Cyrus at the 2025 Grammys.
Highlights from the genre-hopping effort include the free-flowing, epic “16 CARRIAGES,” twangy bop “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM” and stirring, cinematic, operatic “DAUGHTER.”
Make sure to give the good-time, party-startin’ “Son Of A Preacher Man”-sampling “YA YA” a try, too. It’s perfect for a stroll down the street, workout or pick-me-up. For our money, it’s essentially a free mood booster.
If you’d like to hear the one-of-a-kind album — that’s the second in a trilogy celebrating different genres after the electrifying, EDM-ified “Renaissance” — you can listen to “Cowboy Carter” in full here.
