Steele and Norristown Acting Police Chief James Angelucci announce the arrest Jabriil Morgan-Cook, 18, of Norristown, on First-Degree Murder and related charges in the murder of Tahaj Harrison in Norristown. Morgan-Cook was found hiding in house in Pottstown last night and was taken into custody without incident.
