The Albany Police Department arrested two teens who are accused of being involved with the Fourth of July shooting and fire on Madison Avenue. Two 15-year-olds are facing multiple charges.

A motorcycle crash on Second Avenue in Troy left one dead on Thursday night, per Troy officials. Second Avenue was closed between 106th and 108th Streets while authorities investigated.
