SANTA FE COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) – The Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information regarding the whereabouts of a man who failed to comply with registering as a sex offender.
The sheriff’s office is looking for Richard Madrid, 58, who is described as having brown eyes and hair, weighing 155 pounds, and is 5 feet 7 inches in height.
